Hrvoje Zgombić
Hrvoje is one of the founders of Sigma Tax Consulting Ltd.
Prior to foundation of Sigma Tax Consulting Ltd., he was:
- Country managing partner at PwC, 2013 – 2016 (3 years)
- Senior Partner at Zgombic & Partners Group, 2003-2013 (10 years)
- Managing Partner at EY, 1997 – 2003 (6 years)
- Managing partner at Faber & Zgombic – Auditors and tax Advisors Ltd., 1994 – 1997
Maja Damjanović
Maja is partner for tax services at Sigma Tax Consulting Ltd., 2016 – present.
She has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax advisory services. In the past she worked for EY, Zgombić and Partners Ltd. (from 2003 – 2013, as a partner) and PwC (2013-2016, as a tax director).
Professional qualifications and memberships:
- Master of Arts in Accounting and Business Finance, Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb
- Master of Science in “Fiscal Systems and Fiscal Politics”, Faculty of Law , University of Zagreb
- A member of Croatian Chamber of Certified Tax Advisors (2015)
Martina Butković
Martina is a partner for accounting services at Sigma Tax Consulting Ltd., 2016 – present.
She has more than 30 years of experience in providing accounting services. Prior to joining Sigma Tax Consulting, Martina worked as audit manager, director and partner in other audit companies including Big 4.
Professional qualifications and memberships:
- Martina’s principal education was obtained at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics – Master of Arts in Accounting
- She is a member of Chamber of Croatian Association of Auditors, i.e. Certified Auditor
